A delightful vegan twist on the classic campfire treat, these Chocolate Chip Cookie S'mores combine homemade vegan chocolate chip cookies with gooey marshmallows and crunchy graham crackers for a mouthwatering dessert experience.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup white sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

  • Vegan marshmallows

  • Vegan graham crackers

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C


Melt the vegan butter and mix it with the brown sugar and white sugar in a bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy


Mix in the vanilla extract until it's all mixed in


Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl


Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients one at a time until a dough forms


The vegan chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in


Make little balls out of the dough and put them on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it


Put it in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown


After baking, take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool all the way down


To make the s'mores, put a vegan marshmallow on top of a cookie and heat it slowly until it starts to melt


Place the marshmallow in the middle of two vegan graham crackers, and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup cold water

  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  • 1 pint fresh raspberries

  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375F 190C


In a food processor, combine flour, cold cubed butter, granulated sugar, and salt


Pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs


Gradually add cold water while pulsing until dough comes together


Press dough into a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom


Prick the bottom with a fork


Bake crust for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown


Let it cool completely


In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream until it simmers


Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate and butter


Stir until smooth and glossy


Pour chocolate ganache into the cooled tart shell


Spread evenly


Arrange fresh raspberries on top of the ganache


Refrigerate tart for at least 1 hour to set


Before serving, dust with powdered sugar

Warm the stroganoff up without making it boil


Add pepper and salt to taste


Put the cooked egg noodles on top of the ham stroganoff


Add chopped fresh parsley as a garnish

  • Juice of 2 limes

Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat


Place the avocado halves, cut-side down, on the grill grates and roast for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear
